With June two-thirds of the way complete, many Xbox Game Pass members look towards July’s new games. Earlier this month, we covered what titles will be coming to Xbox Game Pass within the upcoming month. For those of you who might have missed it, No Man’s Sky, Kingdom Hearts 1.5 & 2.5, and The Bard’s Tale Remastered have joined the service. For a detailed summary of all nine games coming to Game Pass within the month, you can check out our post here. Despite a great assortment of games coming to Xbox Game Pass within the coming month, very few people know what titles are leaving Game Pass in July.

Earlier this month, Xbox Game Pass lost ten titles. On June 15th, Book of Demons, Riptide GP: Renegade, Samorost 3, Supermarket Shriek, The Last Door: Season 2, The Stillness of the Wind, Everspace, Riverbond, Superhot, and Resident Evil Revelations left the subscription service. Within the next month, seven additional titles will be leaving the platform as well. The seven titles leaving Game Pass in July are:

  • Metro Exodus
  • ACA NEOGEO Metal Slug X
  • Life is Strange 2 Complete Season
  • Neon Chrome
  • Steamworld Dig 2
  • Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun
  • The Flame in the Flood

At the moment, there is no official date of departure for these seven titles; however, it is expected that these seven titles will leave the service on or before July 15th. If you do not have the ability to play all seven titles before their departure, they are discounted for Xbox Game Pass members. Personally, I will be diving into Metro Exodus this week rather than playing The Last of Us 2. If you have yet to play Life is Strange 2, you need to start now before it is too late! Life is Strange 2 depicts what it is like to be a minority in the United States.
