Basically, they wanted a conservative daughter who stayed local and played the doting wife. And she wanted an actual life.

“In the recent few episodes of the spin-off, viewers saw the pair plan to move to Alexei’s home country, Israel, hoping to raise their children abroad for a few years. Unfortunately, Loren’s family instantly disapproved of her relocation plan, stating that it wasn’t the best idea. Loren’s mom Marlene explained that she did not think her daughter could endure being in Israel. When Alexei’s mother was arguing against the move, Loren’s dad Bryan intervened, “I have kept my mouth shut this whole time. I am not for it. Period.” This family argument caused Loren to lose her temper, leading her to say that her relatives thought she was a doormat with no backbone. The reality star then shared that she was hurt, before mulling over what she should do to prove herself to her parents.”
