One of the photos she shared started to get some pretty serious reactions. In the photo, we see her daughter laying down with earrings in her ears. The caption on the pic says, “we did a thing.” Not going to lie here, it almost feels like she did it wanting a reaction. And, well, she got one. Moreover, the general argument is to let your kids decide if they want to pierce their ears. Don’t do it FOR them. A lot of parents catch heat for the same thing online for a multitude of reasons. First and foremost, why does your infant need earrings?
Is she going to some baby mall where babies shop, and she needs to look trendy? Is she shooting a photoshoot later for “cool kids”? Keep in mind there is a risk in piercings, too. Some adults get infections, which cause them to get a high fever and worse. Imagine what would happen if a baby had a negative reaction. Yeah, this is too much.

We know there are parents who do that, but 2 years old is really young to be worried about what she looks like. Our fear is if this starts at 2, how bad will it be by the time she is a teenager? We are from the old school and feel kids should be given chances to be actual kids. No need to rush your kids to adulthood. There is legit little good about adulthood.
Let your kids enjoy their childhood. ‘Nuff said.
