90 Day Fiancé’s Memphis talks weight loss journey. We all know her from her run on Before the 90 Days. Sadly, she has been in a custody battle and a personal battle as well. Though today we focus on the personal changes she has made and is still making. Furthermore, she battled depression after the birth of her child. So to say she has a lot on her plate is a bad pun, and is underselling it.

But she has come to terms with her sadness and is working hard to change herself physically. She has a healthy approach to it as well. She points out how every weight loss journey is unique to the person going through it. What works for one may not work for another, but that doesn’t mean all hope is lost.

Memphis has been on a journey of self-healing and taking her Instagram followers along with her through her daily progress. She often shares motivational quotes about being a powerful woman of faith and, on rare occasions, shares photos of herself in which she looks very different. This time around, Memphis posted a photo from “last winter” in which she wore a leopard print sweater and black pants. Memphis’ mirror selfie also featured her baby in a carrier, and she used the hashtags “postpartummomma mommaofthree, postpartummentalhealth, fragilemindset, and inpainwerise” to describe the photograph. After that, Memphis added a series of pictures to show how she looks right now, with her short hair and slimmer frame.

90 Day Fiancé’s Memphis talks weight loss journey. She suffered with some depression after the birth but is bouncing back just fine. As a man, there is little I can say. I can understand being overweight, but childbearing is its own beast I know little about. I can imagine carrying a child like a kidney stone for nine months, then passing it must be tough on the mind and body. We just hope her health is really her priority here and not the ideal of looking good. Sometimes that very ideal can be hell itself to those experiencing it.

But we celebrate her road to a happier, healthier life!
