90 Day Fiancé‘s Jenny Slatten, 64, and her Indian beau Sumit Singh, 33, have been subject to several obstacles in their 10-year-long relationship owing to their unusual age gap. The latest challenge in their tumultuous journey involves Jenny’s determination to return home to the United States with her husband, despite his continuous reluctance. While previous attempts to return to her homeland saw the 64-year-old try to convince Sumit to no avail, she appears to make a bigger move in the upcoming episode of 90 Day: Happily Ever After?, involving an immigration lawyer.

90 Day Jenny Slatten Plans To Keep The Meeting From Sumit Singh

In a confessional, Jenny Slatten admitted her husband Sumit Singh had no idea she spoke to an immigration lawyer, and she planned to keep it that way. According to her, telling Sumit about the meeting would upset him, as he had no intention of leaving his home country, India. The star divulged:

In his attempt to establish her marital status for his paperwork, the attorney asked if Jenny was a spinster in the United States. Jenny Isn’t Alien To Such Challenges

Jenny Slatten’s meeting with an immigration lawyer comes after the 90 Day star’s daughter expressed how disappointed she was at Sumit Singh’s family for ostracizing the couple while visiting her mom in India. Despite the 33-year-old’s family disowning him for marrying Jenny, he remained firm on his decision to stand by his wife. However, in hopes of reconciliation, the Indian groom is determined to remain in India, close to his estranged family.
