A theory about a potential plot twist has been circling about General Hospital, with fans of the show chomping at the bit. It focuses on ‘millow’ and some thoughts on how the lovers’ storyline may play out. For those few who don’t know, Millow is the name fans gave to the Willow and Michael pairing. And we all know Willow is sick, but many hoped she would soon return to normal. If this fan theory is correct, sadly, she will only get sicker. But they won’t kill of Willow, will they? This is soap opera land, people. No one is ever truly safe. But that’s not the twist.

On top of that, the real twist would be her trying to force a reunion between Michael and his former love, Sasha. Just to ensure she is the one for him and she can truly trust him as they bring a child into the world. Not for nothing, but we know an act of self-sabotage when we see one. She is opening a can of worms that will be impossible to close. And it may not have the outcome she hopes it will.

A Scary General Hospital Fan Theory

Via SoapsSheKnows:

“General Hospital fans have been reading the writing on the wall for a while now. What it says, in big, bold letters, is that Willow’s condition is going to worsen. To provide Michael and their unborn child with the love they deserve after she’s — gulp — gone, she’s going to try to facilitate a reunion between him and old flame Sasha. Under other circumstances, Willow would surely wish them the very best. If she does come to think that she’s dying, however, all bets may be off. She likely would develop tunnel vision about safeguarding a happy future for Michael and their tot-to-be.”

While it is just a General Hospital ‘plot twist’ fan theory, it gets you wondering. We tend to be optimistic about “Millow,” but anything could happen at the hospital. If she does force a reunion between Sasha and Michael, here’s hoping it plays out like she hopes it will and that it doesn’t bite her in the end (in the end).

But if it does bite her, at least she will already be at the hospital so she can get a rabies shot.
