Actress Debra Jo Rupp has been cast in the Disney+ original series Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Deadline reports that Rupp is joining Kathryn Hahn, Joe Locke, Aubrey Plaza, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Sasheer Zamata and Patti LuPone in this spin-off of WandaVision, which Rupp was also a part of. While the details of her role are unknown, it seems likely that she will reprise her role of Sharon Davis, who was one of Wanda Maximoff’s victims in Westview. Rupp is best known for portraying Kitty Forman on That 70’s Show. She is reprising that role in the Netflix series That 90’s Show, which is releasing on January 19th.

Debra Jo Rupp’s character in WandaVision was one of many who a grief-stricken Wanda trapped in a fictional sitcom world. She was most prevalent in the series premiere, in which she was forced into the persona of Mrs. Hart, the wife of Mr. Hart, who was Wanda’s husband Vision’s boss. While Wanda was the perpetrator of Sharon Davis’s pain in the series, Wanda was also largely and unwittingly influenced by Agatha Harkness, the title character of Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Assuming Rupp is reprising her role as Sharon Davis, it will be interesting to see how she handles an encounter with the villainous witch.

The title role of Agatha Harkness will be portrayed by Katherine Hahn, who was recently seen in Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. Along with Rupp and Hahn, actress Emma Caulfield Ford is reportedly reprising her role as Dottie from WandaVision.

WandaVision was one of the most acclaimed stories in the MCU, and Kathryn Hahn received praise and accolades for her portrayal of Agatha Harkness.
