Age of Wonders: Planetfall releases later today, and brings the long-running franchise into the future. You’re going to survive and lead your people to greatness on a vast alien world, drenched in a deep science-fiction setting. The game is getting rave reviews, but when exactly does it release?

Age of Wonders: Planetfall has split release times, so here’s a rundown of all the times. These all happen on August 6:
- Worldwide Xbox One – 3:00am PDT
- Europe on PS4 – 3:00 am EDT
- America on PS4 – 12:00 pm EDT
- Worldwide on Steam – 12:00pm EDT
Age of Wonders: Planetfall comes in three editions, Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. The Deluxe Edition comes with a digital artbook, the original soundtrack, the Bravado Bundle Cosmetic Pack, the Spacepunk Cosmetic Pack, and the Infest Worlds Scenario Planet.
The Premium Edition comes will all the Deluxe Edition content, as well as the Season Pass which covers three major upcoming expansions. Anyone who pre-purchases the game receives the Paragon Noble Cosmetic Pack.
In Age of Wonders: Planetfall, you choose from six unique factions and lead them through various missions testing your wits, strength, and diplomacy. You will need to fight, build your empire, explore, and negotiate your way to victory. The turn-based combat pits your troops against wily and cunning enemies, while you search the secrets of the ruined world you fight over to try and advance your Empire, gaining the upper hand.
