We’re halfway through the month, and it’s time for another bunch of games to play on Game Pass. The last iteration included games like Endless Legend, Final Fantasy IX, and the highly anticipated Halo 2 Anniversary. Hopefully, you got the chance to sink your teeth into those as there are now several new games for you to give a go at. There was one we missed though, and that was Golf With Your Friends to Game Pass for Console. That’ll be coming to Game Pass for PC soon, so keep an eye out for that in your library. Without further adieu though, here’s everything you can play for the rest of May!

Alan Wake is the first on our list and is an action-horror game from Remedy Entertainment. Alan Wake is a writer who joins his wife on a vacation to Bright Falls. After his wife disappears on the vacation though, Alan learns that a dark presence has descended on this town and has his wife hostage. Through a journey that brings Alan to the brink of sanity, he must fight through and unravel the mystery to save his love. This is considered one of Remedy’s best works and is one you should seriously try out. It’s available for both Xbox Game Pass PC and Console, so both sides have the chance to try a great game.

Following that is the return of Cities: Skylines. This was on Game Pass for some time but was removed due to unpopularity. It made its return though and should be fun for those who like city builders. There’s an immense amount of depth to Cities: Skylines, with many buildings and things to take into consideration. If you’ve ever wanted to run a city but don’t have the means to do so, this is the closest you’ll get. With this available for both Game Pass PC and Console as well, everyone will have a shot at building their dream city.

Plebby Quest: The Crusades is one of the lesser-known games here, coming from indie developer PiedPipers Team. The game has you become a ruler of a kingdom, vying for power over grand continents. You’ll forge both great alliances and grand rivalries in your fight to become the ruler of lands. This game may seem like a Civilization clone at first glance, but it looks to be much simpler and sillier than that game. Hopefully Game Pass PC users get the chance to try and enjoy this little indie game. There’s a lot of passion put into it.

And finally is the only title not available today, that being Minecraft Dungeons! In this new action-adventure game, you fight your way through hordes of hostiles to beat the Arch-Illager. You’ll fight varying enemies, gather better and better loot, and travel across great worlds in a Minecraft game like no other. You don’t have to go alone though, as up to three other friends can join you on your quest. This game looks to offer a fresh Minecraft experience, and I’m hopping in from day one. Hopefully, you will too. Minecraft Dungeons comes to Game Pass PC and Console on May 26th.

And that’s everything we have for the rest of the month. We hope you found something you like and if you didn’t, there’s always the next installment. For now, stay tuned at The Nerd Stash for all your news, reviews, and more!
