Where to find Boggi in MHR Sunbreak
You can locate Boggi at the new Citadel location exclusive to Sunbreak in Areas 1, 3, 8, and 10 of the Citadel. The Citadel will only come available to you when you have to hunt Garangolm, one of the three lords you need to defeat. You can only access this location in Master Rank quests or Expeditions. The best quest to accept to farm Boggi is the MR 3 Soft or Spotty? quest, as Boggi will spawn in more areas than normal.

There are three items you can get from carving a Boggi. These small monsters have no monster drops, nor can you break/chop off a limb. But, you can get Boggi materials from Meowcenaries rewards.

Most of the time, upon carving, you will get a Boggi Thickhide material, as this is the highest percentage material. But, if you keep on finding and killing these monsters, you will eventually get a Boggi Shard. You can carve The Crushing Fang from multiple creatures of the small wyvern family—Wroggi, Jaggia, Jaggi, and Baggi.
