Fortnite’s Chapter 2 of Season 8 comes complete with new weapons, new monsters and even a new reality called, The Sideways for players to explore. Word around the island is that there’s also some new crafting material called, Cube Monster Parts.
These Cube Monster Parts are used to upgrade weapons that players will obtain in the Sideways, through the Sideways Zones and Anomalies. Every time players spawn into a match, Sideways Zones and Anomalies can be found in random parts of the map. Upon entering a Sideways Zone or Sideways Anomaly, Cube Monsters will begin attacking players; defeat these malicious Cube Monsters and grab their Cube Monster Parts that drop, as they perish.
Completing Sideways Encounters is the best way to gather Cube Monster Parts. Be aware that these Sideways Encounters will become more difficult to complete, as the amount of Cube Monsters will additionally grow.
