Black Adam premiered last night ahead of its October 21 release, and spoilers are emerging, with one source being Dwayne Johnson. This specific spoiler is about the post-credit scene, which he revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet (seen below). Fair warning that we will dive into what he said.

With the DCEU introducing Black Adam, outside of the spoilers, we knew from the trailer it would introduce The Justice Society of America. The superhero team consists of Doctor Fate (Pierce Brosnan), Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo), and Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell). While the universe is getting quite bigger with all of these characters, there are some other things to expect. One of those, the leading actor revealed in the interview. Use this as your final warning.

While audiences will see the anti-hero come face to face with other heroes who disagree with his methods, he will meet one of the most iconic characters in DC’s roster. Henry Cavill returns as Superman in the post-credit scene of the upcoming blockbuster. Due to the wishes of the leading actor to have a crossover between the two characters for the two of the most powerful heroes to duke it out, it could be possible for him to have a full return. For now, it is only a cameo, with no plans set in stone for Cavill to reprise his role further.

It is unclear if the Black Adam spoilers floating were the same one as the Entertainment Tonight interview. Superhero critic Grace Randolph tweeted then deleted something, along with Dany Garcia, who was married to the wrestler-turned-actor, who shared something similar (via Forbes). With a week left, fans wanting to see the comic book character brought to life in a live-action movie should be cautious when browsing social media unless you are too interested to read articles like this one.

Spoilers for Black Adam is not the first time a film has faced this issue. Eternals had its post-credit scenes tweeted out during its premiere from the press. Due to social media, going to see any movie now almost requires a black out a week or two before to ensure you don’t accidentally run into something you wish to not see.
