The mangaka for the Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable manga has recently confirmed an anime adaption. Shueisha has also confirmed the announcement, along with a reveal of the main cast. Author Kai Ikada has also released a celebratory illustration on their official Twitter page.

The main voice actress has been confirmed as Ayane Sakura (Ochako Uraraka), who will play the role of the love interest/protagonist Minami Fuyuki. The main male lead currently does not have a listed voice actor.

Shueisha’s Manga Plus is currently serializing and distributing Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable in English. The overall story is described as follows;

Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable has been in serialization since 2019. It is currently on its 9th compiled volume, set to be released next month in Japan (November 4th). The manga and anime will also be featured during this year’s Jump Festa. The celebration will be held on the weekend of December 17th-18th. Ayane Sakura is set to participate in a scheduled stage event at the Jump Studio NEO stage, with more details to be released in the future.

As of now, there is no release timeline for the Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable anime other than a 2023 release date. At the same time, there is also no announcement for the animation studio, producers, or any other staff. More is expected to be revealed at the Jump Festa celebration in December.
