The Paramount film adaptation of Rainbow Six will star Michael B Jordan. It’s based on the novel of the same name by Tom Clancy. Chad Stahelski will direct it. A video game was made from the novel. Stahelski has directed all of the John Wick films. Jordan will be another military man, after his role in Without Remorse. Michael B Jordan will play the Navy SEAL-turned-CIA operative, John Clark in the Paramount film adaptation of Rainbow Six. John Clark is a well-known character from Clancy’s Jack Ryan books. Jordan and Elizabeth Raposo will produce the project under Outlier Society. Akiva Goldsman and Greg Lessan under Weed Road Pictures, and Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec under The Saw Mill, will produce as well. The film Without Remorse was another Clancy novel adaptation. Paramount hasn’t released the specifics about the plot. Stahelski will be an executive producer with his company 87Eleven Entertainment.
Michael B Jordan is a Sought After Action Star Now
From Black Panther to Without Remorse, Michael B Jordan has become quite the action star. His role as Killmonger in Black Panther was iconic. He’ll be in another film adaptation of a Tom Clancy novel with the Paramount project for Rainbow Six. He received critical acclaim for his role in the Creed films. He may have started as a supporting character in films and television, but he has come a long way. Michael B Jordan is part of the new generation of leading action stars. Paramount plans a theatrical release for the film adaptation. Jordan plays an excellent action hero and Stahelski knows how to shoot action sequences. Just because the film adaptation of Rainbow Six has a book for reference doesn’t mean Paramount will make Jordan like the character in the book. Whichever way this film is written and executed, they have the right people for it.
