Neve Campbell may be out for Scream 6, but Tony Revolori and Samara Weaving are in. The two actors will join Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, and Jenna Ortega for the next film. Hayden Panettiere, Courteney Cox, and Dermot Mulroney are other actors signed on for the latest in the Paramount horror film franchise. Spyglass Media and Paramount Pictures are producing the next part of the horror film franchise. Sam (Barrera), Mindy (Brown), Chad (Gooding), and Tara (Ortega) survived the fifth film. Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett of Radio Silence are directing the next installment. James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick c0-wrote the screenplay. Vanderbilt, Paul Neinstein, and William Sherak from Project X Entertainment are producing the project. Scream creator Kevin Williamson and Radio Silence’s Chad Villella are executive producers. There are no details on what characters Samara Weaving and Tony Revolori will play in Scream 6.

Tony Revolori and Samara Weaving Have Experience Being Part of Film Franchises

Samara Weaving played William S. “Bill” Preston’s daughter in Bill & Ted Face the Music back in 2020. Tony Revolori played Flash Thompson in the Marvel Spider-Man films opposite Tom Holland. Though Weaving has Revolori beat on experience in horror. She has starred in the horror films Ready or Not and The Babysitter, and the series Ash vs. Evil Dead. Radio Silence made the film Ready or Not. Tony Revolori has starred in the Wes Anderson films The Grand Budapest Hotel and The French Dispatch. Samara Weaving and Tony Revolori have more franchise experience with the Paramount horror film Scream 6. There is no telling whether or not their characters will survive. At least Tony Revolori and Samara Weaving can add Scream 6 to their filmography, no matter how short-lived their characters may be.

The sixth part of the Paramount horror film franchise will hit theaters on March 31st, 2023.
